The Ministry of Transportation and Civil Aviation has predicted that the provinces of Badakhshan, Nuristan, Kunar, Laghman, Nangarhar Logar, Paktia, Khost and Paktika will witness rain and flash floods today and tomorrow. The ministry has predicted the rainfall between 15 and 30 mm.
