Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, announced the formation of Ulama Councils in seven provinces of the country based on the decree of Maulvi Hebatullah Akhundzadeh, the leader of the Islamic Emirate. The announcement was made through separate newsletters published by Zabihullah Mujahid on X social network. These councils were formed in Nuristan, Bamyan, Maidan Wardak, Ghor, Sarpol, Laghman, and Daikundi provinces.
